Project Papa is a brand of Ocoee Craft Consulting LLC, which makes small-batch wood care products and handcrafted wood goods in the United States. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Ocoee Craft Consulting LLC. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to https://projectpapashop.com and does not cover purchases you make on Amazon, which are governed by Amazon's own privacy notice.
Information you give us. When you fill out our contact form or dealer application, we collect the details you enter. For the contact form that is your name, email address, subject, and message. For the dealer application that is your name, business name, email address, phone number, business type, and number of locations, along with anything you write in the message field.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical data when you visit, including your IP address, browser type, the pages you view, and the country your request came from. This is used for security and to understand general traffic patterns.
What we do not collect. We do not process payments on this website, so we never see or store your credit card or payment information. All purchases happen on Amazon. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
We use the information you submit to respond to your question, to evaluate and follow up on wholesale and dealer inquiries, and to keep a record of the conversation. We use automatically collected technical data to keep the site secure, prevent spam and abuse, and improve how the site performs.
We do not use your information to send marketing emails unless you have specifically asked us to, and we will never sell your personal information.
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Form submissions are stored in Cloudflare's storage and may be forwarded to our team by email so we can reply to you. We keep form submissions only as long as we need them to handle your inquiry and maintain reasonable business records.
We share personal information only in these limited situations:
Service providers. Companies that help us operate the site and communicate with you, such as our hosting provider and our email provider. They may only use the information to provide services to us.
Legal reasons. If we are required to by law, or if we need to protect our rights, safety, or property.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing.
This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. Our hosting provider may set essential cookies needed for security and to keep the site running. We load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers when a page loads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and the site will continue to work.
Our product links send you to Amazon to complete your purchase. Once you leave this website, Amazon's privacy notice and terms apply to what happens there. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of Amazon or any other site we link to.
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, or delete it.
