Project Papa products are sold and shipped through Amazon. When you click a buy button on this site, you are taken to our Amazon listing and Amazon handles the order from there, including payment, packing, shipping, tracking, returns, and refunds.
This means you get Amazon's shipping speeds, Amazon's tracking, and Amazon's return protection on every order.
Delivery speed depends on your Amazon account and location. Prime members typically receive orders within one to two business days on eligible items. Standard shipping usually runs three to five business days. The exact delivery estimate for your address is always shown on the Amazon product page and at checkout before you pay.
We currently sell to customers in the United States through our Amazon store.
Because Amazon fulfills the order, tracking lives in your Amazon account. Go to Your Orders on Amazon to see the current status, carrier, and tracking number. We do not have separate tracking information beyond what Amazon shows you.
Returns are handled under Amazon's return policy, which for most items allows returns within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, go to Your Orders in your Amazon account, select the item, and choose Return or Replace Items. Amazon will walk you through the return label and refund process.
Refunds are issued by Amazon to your original payment method once the return is processed, typically within a few business days of the item being received.
If something arrives damaged, leaking, or is not what you ordered, start the return through Amazon so your refund or replacement is processed quickly. We would also genuinely like to know about it. Send us a note through our contact form with a photo, and we will look into it on our end so it does not happen to the next person.
